The There are no fees, no forms to fill out, and no formalities.  JUST SHOW UP ON SUNDAY MORNING at 7:30 a.m.  and let us know that you are new to the Pacers.  We will get you connected with the training group that best suits your needs.  Bring a water bottle with you for the run if needed.  

After you've been running with the Pacers, buy a red Pacers shirt (see a coach) and sign up occasionally to bring water and/or post-run refreshments.  We are able to remain a FREE running club due to the generosity of our members.  Volunteering is a key component of being part of the TO Pacers.
