Q: I have Injuries and I'm out of shape. Will this be too hard for me?
Just about every person that attends this class has some type of issue that they are working through even if they are in great shape. We have skilled coaches that modify every exercise to meet your individual level so that you stay safe, recover from injuries and get fit.
Q: Is this a CrossFit class? I can't do CrossFit.
No. We rent space from CrossFit Thousand Oaks specifically for our special Cross-Training & Conditing class for runners.
Q: Can Non-Pacers attend?
Yes! This class is open to everyone so bring a friend and get fit together!

Cross-Training & Conditioning Class
Take your running fitness to a whole new level with a class designed to make you stronger, faster, and more efficient than ever! In addition to increased running ability, your entire body will be lean and fit. Classes focus on strength, agility, range of motion and functional movement exercises that challenge every inch of your body. We end each class with a yoga and stretching element that will increase flexibility and balance. All levels welcome. You don't need to sign up just show up this Thursday!
