Meet the founder of the Thousand Oaks Pacers, Dr. Rich Cimadoro from Bodyfix. Dr. Rich not only sponsors the pacer events, he is also the head coach.
We are a FREE running club with training programs for all skill and distance levels. Whether you're just beginning or an experienced marathoner, you'll find programs and running partners that are perfect for you. We are an all-volunteer social club with no fees, no paperwork and no hassle. All you have to do is show up rain or shine and give it your best!
The Thousand Oaks Pacers was founded by Dr. Rich Cimadoro of Bodyfix. Dr. Rich's goal is to help you run safe, improve your skill level and have fun all while running with a great group. Dr. Rich is an injury prevention and rehab specialist. He makes it his mission to educate pacers through clinics, and to treat chronic and acute athletic injuries.
Join us throughout the week for coach led training runs and workouts that will help you achieve your specific goals.
